"Serve God with happiness"

Psalms ch.100 v.1-2 says, "Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands. Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing."
We as people of God should always be happy serving God. We should always come in his presence with a praise and with thanksgiving in our hearts. God has been so good to us, it should be easy for us to give him praise. No one should have to pump or prime you to praise God. It should already be inside you to worship him and give him praise. Many people only praise him on Sunday's, and it shows, because if you praised him everyday,; it wouldn't be so hard to praise him when you meet with other saints on Sunday's. It shouldn't be so stressful to make a joyful noise unto the Lord. He is good. He deserve all of our praise and worship. We should praise him willingly and happily; with a smile, and gladness in our soul. I encourage you to give God what's due to him. Don't be afraid, don't be ashamed, and don't hold back on God. He deserve our praise. Your breakthrough and deliverance is in praising and worshipping God. Give him glory. Let go and let God have his way. Be blessed

"Thanks"

I want to take a few moments to say thanks to everyone that participated in the "Christ Fit Challenge." You all are winners. It was an awesome challenge and i pray that it helped elevate your life spiritually as well as naturally. I hope it help you and your family move to another level in life. I really enjoyed doing the challenge. I lost 23 pounds in 31 days. An not only did it help physically but the challenge elevated me spiritually. GOD is amazing. It nothing better than reading healthy while praying, exercising, abd reading the word. Those combinations will help bring awesome results in life. "Change Bad Habits"

Hi. Today is "Wonderful Wednesday." Another beautiful day that our Lord has made. An it's such a blessing to be able to share it with you. I want to take a few moments to talk about something many people notice and some people are so repetitive with this diagnosis to where; for years it goes unnoticed. By the time you realize it, it has become so sold in you to where it's almost impossible to break; but with the help of God, its breakable. I want to take to you about let's go and getting rid of bad habits. Habits can make you or break you. Often time than not, many have bad habits, the type that ruins lives. Many people have lost their entire family due to bad habits, lost jobs, lost friendships, harmed others, lost hard earned possessions (home, automobiles, etc), some even lost their own life, due to bad habits. Their are many bad habits that goes undetected. So many people have problems and deep issues that they never discuss with anyone. An if you could just talk with a trustworthy person for a moment, it could help your situation. If you can't find someone to talk to, guess what, you always have JESUS. He is always waiting to hear from you. Don't allow addictions, to defeat you. You are stronger than that. Drugs, alcohol, sex, over spending, over eating, being messy and slothful, lazy, being negative, inappropriate speaking, getting angry, gambling, smoking, and the list goes on. All of those are bad habits, things that many struggle with from day to day. Many are broke due to bad habits. Many are stressed and depressed due to bad habits. I stop to tell you today that your bad hair can be broken and replaced with good God satisfying habits. But you have to be willing to make that first step toward change. Don't let your bad habits defeat you any longer. Enough is enough, its time for you to win. Say NO to bad habits. Trust in yourself and trust God. Pray and talk to God everyday. When the bad habit try to creep in, replace it with something good. An praise God for the victory. The battle is not yours, its the Lords. Stop trying to fight alone, you are not in this by yourself, God is with you and he will guide you too victory. Claim it and walk in it. Bad Habits over, walk into the new and holy habits of Christ. "Spring Forward"

As the season begin to change, embrace it with open arms,. We are entering into a season called spring, where things began to blossom, bloom, change colors, and spring forward. The time change, the trees pose a new look, the earth prepare herself to produce crops, nature transform from cold temperatures to warm temperatures, and the animals coat and fur starts to change. During this seasonal change, everything has an assignment to prepare for the change thats coming. I want to ask you, are you prepared and ready for the change thats coming in your life?  If so, get ready to launch forward into greater things. Don't be afraid of change, a good change is wonderful. Spring Forward. Sometimes in the spring, people do what they call,  "Spring cleaning, " they Get rid of old things to make room for new things. I want to challenge you today by saying, if there is anything or anybody that's been keeping you from moving forward in life, its time to let go.It's time for you to Get rid of everything that's been holding you down, everything that's hindering you from reaching the potential God has for you. Many of you can be champions, but you are losing due to the exhaustion of the weight and unnecessary baggage you carry. "You will never make it to the top of the mountain if you keep trying to carry things that belong on the ground." You must realize that everybody can't go where God is taking you. Many can't handle what God is going to do for you. So stop trying to make people and things FIT where they don't belong. Winter and spring don't mix. They are two totally different seasons with different attitudes that being about different results. An the same as you, when you are ready to spring forward, you can't the someone into spring that has a fall mentality. You must move forward without them because they aren't ready for the new season. You are ready to blossom and they are still covered and frozen. You are ready to plant, produce, and harvest,and they are still hibernating. Don't prolong your blessing by being stagnated waiting on others to move to another level. Move on and spring forward into your Destiny. Great things are waiting. Trust God, let him work, and watch how Awesome the end result become. Spring Forward into the Destiny God has for you.

"Believe"

Many times in life, people dream of accomplishing great things. They see and imagine themselves reaching the stars, innovating new ideas, moving a community forward, and etc. Many can accomplish those goals but it takes deep determination from within to do so. When others tell you, it can't be done, when they say you aren't qualified, when it seem as though they don't believe in your vision; you have to stay strong and trust God and believe in yourself. With God, ALL things are possible. Sometimes you may have to make sacrifices, you may have to put forth extra effort by working long hours, and going the extra mile. But, its worth it all because you are striving toward accomplishing your dream. There is nothing better than waking up in the morning, knowing you are living in your dream, and at that point; its no longer a dream, its reality. An at least then you can say, I've reached my destiny. Even when it gets hard and tough, don't give up, if its for you, it will succeed. An even if you have to stop, at least you can say you gave it a shot. Its better to have tried to accomplish your dream, then to just dream and never try to achieve. Believing and having faith can make things work for you. When things seem impossible, in God's eyes, its possible. God can do all things but fail. Trust him, believe him at his word and you will see. Believing in God is the best thing you can ever do.

"Christ Fit begins March 1, 2016"

"CHRIST FIT"

Challenge

 

(March 1 - March 31, 2016)

 

 

Goal:  to help men and women lead a healthier lifestyle by challenging them to make better food choices, that will result into them eating healthier. Also encouraging them to exercise, read the word of God, and pray each and everyday.

 

CHALLENGE:

 

1.) Pray (Everyday)

 

2.)Read the Word of God: **Book (Proverbs) ***Must read 1 chapter a day

 

3.)Exercise: ***Must exercise 30mins a day.. within that 30mins, you must do 15mins of Cardio

     "SUNDAYS: REST DAY  (rest only from the exercise portion)

      

4.)Meal Plan: (EVERYDAY)

    *Drink WATER only **8 GLASSES PER DAY MINIMUM (no sugary beverages, no milk)

     EAT:

    *Fruit: (apples, bananas, pears, mangoes, grapes, cherries, berries, pomogranates, and etc)

    *Vegetables: (alot of green vegetables)

    *Meat: (NO fried food........BOILED, GRILLED, AND BAKED ONLY)

       ****I would like to encourage you to eat lean meat, fish, and nuts: (almonds, walnuts, peanuts,

               sunflower seeds, peacans, and etc)

    *Oils: 1 teaspoon of olive oil,....1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (everyday)

    *Bread: Wheat Only....(Only one slice per day...*half for breakfast, other half for lunch)

    *Smoothies: you may drink a smoothie...*(Fruit smoothies and vegetable smoothies only)

       ***smoothies must be ALL NATURAL...NO SUGAR added***

"Eat three meals a day: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.......NO JUNK FOOD..... I want to encourage you to consume small portions. DO NOT GO FOR SECONDS. If you need a snack, I encourage you to eat fruit or nuts in between meals"

"Say NO to Drugs"

God created man in his own image, making the body to be the temple for the spirit of God to dwell in. Then he blessed man to have one of the greatest masterpieces, the MIND. As intelligent, marvelous, and intricate as technology is, it all come from one source, the brain of man. The mind is used to obtain information, its used so you can learn how to live a blessed and happy life in this sin filled world. The mind is suppose to be used to learn about God and his principals. Instead we have allowed the enemy to come in and capture our minds and that results into us leading a sinful lifestyle that brings about disobedience to God's word; and that equals to missing Heaven and living in Hell for eternity. Our young men and women; and older adults as well, have been munipulated by the control of drugs and alcohol. Many feel they are not having a good time unless it involves drugs and alcohol.....(getting drunk, out of control, no sense of mobility, uncapable of making right choices or decisions, sometimes lose consciousness, and etc.)... Many feel as though they have to have that feeling of being high and out of mind. But, whats the reason,......why do people choose to hurt themselves in that way. Dont you realize that, you are doing more damage than good, Many are caught on how drugs make them feel for that moment, but realize, many people have lost their lives and taken other's lives all because of drugs and the use of drugs. I can't stress enough, how dangerous drugs and alcohol is; its a work of Satan and he's using them to captivate the minds of our children. Thats why alot of our youth and adults today are free physically but many are in bondage mentally. Drugs and alcohol is BONDAGE, DESTRUCTION, AND DAMNATION. An the sad part is that, many are blinded to that fact. An the people of todays society has made it seem as though being addicted to drugs and alcohol is the new norm, but the devil is a LIAR. I believe that a change can and will come but young people, you have to be willing and determine to say NO. Don't ruin your life for a quick fix. Don't ruin your life trying to follow the wrong crowd. Don't be so easily persuaded to do things that you know will hender your furture. Their is no success in doing drugs and alcohol. Its a road to destruction. Many smart and educated, very intelligent students , lost full ride scholorships because they made the choice to do drugs, many young women end up preganent because they were at the wrong place, at the wrong time, doing the wrong thing, and end up in a bad situation due to a date-rape drug,...their are so many horror stories due to drugs and alcohol. None are good, the only good news is, when you hear of someone who was addicted, become free of that addiction. Listen men and women, there is more to life that this. Life has so much more to offer than someone making drugs and alcohol an everyday all day routine. Life is so much greater. Don't ruin your reputation, your record, your freedom, and dignity by making the wrong choice to do drugs and alcohol. See, trouble is easy to get into, but its HARD to get out of. Leave trouble where it is. Go be someone in life. "If many people would take the time and energy they use toward their bad habits, and put that effort, energy, and time towards their good habits, their life could be ALOT BETTER." quote:Tavaris Hill...  "Life results are based upon the decisions you make in life.".... Make wise and good decisions. Don't allow your so-called friend to cause you to make the wrong decision, don't allow peer pressure to get the best of you,....you are stronger than that,..you can beat it. I beat it,..I didn't drink alcohol  and neither did I do drugs. I made up in my mind that I wanted to be somebody in life AND GUESS WHAT, YOU CAN MAKE UP IN YOUR MIND TO DO THE SAME THING. It's all a mind thing. Keep your mind focused on greater things. Always know, a TRUE FRIEND, will not try to make you do something that will harm you. An if someone don't want to be your friend because you don't want to do drugs or alcohol, then walk away from them and never look back, they are not a real friend. Base yourself around people who want to move forward and do great things in life. Don't waste your time with people who don't want to make anything of themselves. Don't waste your time and life getting in and out of trouble, in and out of jail, in and out of the court room, use your time wisely and live a life that will be a great example for the next generation. "Say NO to drugs and alcohol and say YES to Jesus Christ." God will take you places that you've never imagined. If you are troubled in your mind, worrying, heartbroken, depressed, stressed, bills are due, money getting low, divorce, kids are going astray, you are lost, confused, battered, torn, and etc....know that God is the answer. Drugs and alcohol will not solve your problem. Remember, if you get high and fall asleep, when you wake up, guess what.....your problem is still there. So don't try to use drugs to solve your problem. Thats how many become addicted because they used the drugs or alcohol to solve the problem, but when the high was gone, they realized that it didnt solve the problem; it just cause them to get away from it for a moment. Then when you realize the problem is still there, you try to escape it again and again by getting drunk and getting high, until now you have allowed yourself to become addicted. My friend, its not worth it. Don't turn your life upside down with drugs and alcohol. If you are battling an issue, turn to Jesus,...I guarentee you, he can help you. God will help stabalize you. He can do a great work in you, God can change you into an awesome desciple for him. God loves you and he cares about you. I love you and I care about you.... Don't give drugs and alcohol a chance............SAY NO..

"Word of Inspiration"

Today I want to share with you, what the Lord has placed on my heart to give to you to up lift your spirit. First, I would love for you to know that God loves you and I do too. Know, know matter what you are going through or how tough things may seem, know that God cares and he is concerned about you. Know trials are here only to test our faith and to see can you trust and believe God through your tough times. Always remember, if there is a way into your situation, there is a way out. Sometimes, we ourselves, with the lack of making the right choices in life, can cause a lot of things to occur in our lives that would have been avoided if we only would of took the time to think things through and then make the right decision. But instead, we reacted a little to quick without thinking; and end up making a big mistake. But, Im here to tell you, that no matter what mistakes you've made in your life, no matter how many wrong decisions you've made, no matter how bad the consequences was, have been, and is....Know this,..."YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO BE MADE OVER." God wants to restore you. God wants to remake you all over again, God wants to forgive you of all of your sins, he will wash ALL of your sins away, cleanup every mistake you've made, he will wipe the past away...WHY.. because he LOVES you just that much. Jesus died on the cross because he love us. He dides to give us a chance at Salvation, he died to give us a chance that we all may be saved. Don't be afraid to let go and let God. I promise you, life is much better when you let God lead and guide you. He has a purpose for your life. He has a master plan designed and created just for you. Jeremiah ch.29 v.11 says, "Iknow the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." WOW!! Isn't that powerful. God has a great plan and destiny for us all, he loves us just that much, that he will give us GREATNESS, HAPPINESS, PEACE, and an ESPECTED END. The only thing he ask is that we love him and follow his commandments. Love one another even as Christ has loved us. Ephesians ch.5 v.1-2 says, "Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; and walk in love, as Christ also hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling savour." In order for us to make it to Heaven, we must LOVE one another the way God said love. Love is the key. God loves us unconditionally and guess what, we must love him and we must love one another unconditionally. Hating one another because of their past or hating someone because of the color of their skin, or just pure hatred; isn't going to get us into Heaven. We MUST love like God say love. 1 John ch.4 v.20-21 says, "If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen? And this commandment have we from him, that he who loveth God love his brother also." Therefore, those of us who say that we are saved (born again Christians) and if we still are hating others, then guess what, you are a liar. God is full of love, God is ALL love and we must be the same way. We must be full of LOVE and we must love everyone. Despite of how people look at you, talk about you, persecute you, use you, or whatever the case may be, you still must love them. Love the way God say love and you will find out that life is much more easier and much more peaceful when you can love everyone. I encourage you to be strong, stay encouraged, stay focused, be blessed, love more, forget your past, and be renewed by the Glory of God. I want you to know that I love you and God loves you as well. Don't give up and don't give in. Always know that your Faith in God will always carry you through. Romans ch.12 v.12 says, "Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer." Therefore my friend, hold on and be happy, hope, and trust in God, no matter what you are going through, be patient and keep praying, because its always a reason why you are going through the things that you are going through. An your prayers is what brings you out. So, hold on, keep the faith, and be encouraged. Know that God loves you and he haven't forgotten about you. God loves you and I do too. 'Financially Fit"

Hi, I just want to take a few moments to talk about a problem that's destroying many people. It's destroying marriages, friendships, families, and it has caused many to take their own life. I want to talk to you about fiances. This is a very touchy subject for many people. Many people struggle in this area of their life mostly because of two reasons, 1. They dont have enough or 2. They've wasted it all unneccessarily. Being or becoming financially fit isn't a hard task, it just take very strong determination and will power. You have to be willing to sacrifice by not buying unnecessary things, and place your needs before your wants. Dont try to compare your life by measuring how much you have compared to how much others have. When you live trying to compare and keep up with others, you will always be broke and you will be in want. Always do what makes you happy, but do it wisely. Don't live above your means. Many people make bad choices by buying things they can't afford, but instead of them wondering can they afford it or not, they are only looking at how they will look if they buy it. Buying a huge home you can't afford, or buying expensive cars you can't afford, is only hurting you in the long run. It will hurt when the repo man come and repossess your vehicle, it will hurt when you have to move because you can't keep up the mortgage. And the very hurting thing is now, your credit is ruined, all because you are trying to live a fantasy lifestyle. Friends, that is not living. Living is when you are doing well. It's sad that today's society measures success by material possessions. Many people, even some celebritites don't even own half of the things you see them with. Most are renting. Some people make that terrible choice as well, some have the finances to buy outright, but instead, they would rather rent than own. That's another waste of time and money. If you choose to rent, think about it, if you rent a location for 10 years...$1,000 a month. Thats $120,000 you've paid out over the past ten years, when you could of been paying towards owning your own home instead of watching your money go to waste. Its time to get wise and make wiser financial choices, thats the only way you can live a free and financially fit lifestyle. Don't waste your money on $100 shirts, $200 shoes....that's ridiculous, you could have put that $300 into savings or given it to charity. Most of the time when you buy clothes and shoes, you want to know what you are buying....you are buying the name. Thats it. Take the name off and your Chap shirt will be just like a no-name shirt from the Dollar Store or Wal-Mart. Take the name and symbol off of the shoe, and your shoe will look like a no-name shoe from payless. When you are young, things like that matters because you trying to be like others for some reason, most try to fit in, but when you get older and wiser, you realize, there is more to life than that. You do what is best and what is smart. Many people can have a lot more money and many can be financially fit if they only can defeat the mind battle of wondering what others have to say about you and your belongings. Many are hurting financially just like many others because they have fallen into the same trap as so many countless others. You will be surprised how many people who live paycheck to paycheck, many don't see any breakthrough until income tax season come around. And you will be surprised at how many people who are broke right after the refund check is cashed. Many go buy rims, shoes and clothes, gamble, and etc. And many will allow their light bill and water bill to go behind because they are out trying to live a lavish lifestyle that they can't maintain. Sooner or later, when the well runs dry, they are back at square one, broke and waiting on next year's tax season. Many Marriages are torn because one spouse don't know how to manage the finances. Some will rather get nails done, hair done, facials, and etc instead of paying the bills. Some people will buy alcohol, drugs, sex, and etc before they feed their children. Addictions and unwise financial choices have left many people lonely and confused. There are those who want to have something in life and there are also those who don't care about having anything. There is nothing wrong with having nice things, but get them when you can afford them. And also realize that all nice things don't have to have expensive price tags in order to be considered nice. Many people have a notion that things aren't considered fine and nice unless the price is out of reach. Don't be caught in that net of thinking. I have plenty of nice things that wasn't expensive and they look better than alot of my expensive things. So you have to be wise and smart. Life is about survival and being happy. Don't live a life where you are always struggling to make ends meet. Be better than that, don't live just for income tax. Live to make life easier for yourself and for your kids. Don't burden yourself with alot of debt and overhead. Don't bury yourself with credit card debt and loans and etc. Be smart, work hard, save, and build your own wealth. You can do it. Stop eating out so much, cook at home; stop going to the movies so much, buy popcorn and a red box movie, ....those are a few examples of wise spending. you have to be focused, determine, wise, smart, intelligent, goal driven, and strong if you want to be wealthy and stay wealthy. Set a goal and don't allow anyone to change your mind. Get debt free, stay debt free, and save your finaces so you can have a life of freedom and happiness so you can free up space to give to others and makes others life worth living. Be encouraged. "A Healthier You"

Today, lets make a pledge toward living a healthier life. Overweight and obesity are major concerns for adults, and not just adults alone, but for children as well. Its proven that the lack of nutrition and physical activity can result into low achievement. When weight piles on, people have the tendacy to slow down, their energy level drops, their zeal decreases, and complacency begins to set in and the overall result is negative. So lets not fall into the category of being someone that allows the weight to pile on. Lets take a stand and a leadership role toward leading a healthier life. Someone may say, Mr. Hill, how can I do that? The answer is, its Simple,....1.) Create a healthier environment,..make it a habit to eat healthy..buy only nutritious foods and beverages,.. be around others who are like-minded...2.) apply yourself to perform at least 30 mins of physical activity per day (exercise: run, walk, jog)..3.)Read your word, stay positive, and determined...4.) Be a Champion of your efforts by leading others to eat healthy, exercise, and make great life choices that will effect them for the rest of their life.... Come On....You can do it. Its worth it, Choose today to become a better you. Dont complain about the weight and calories anymore, ..Do Something About It. Make the first step by accepting the challenge and moving toward a healthier you. Be encouraged my friend,...Better and Healthier is on the way. "Elegant Woman"

An Elegant Woman is a woman that every lady should strive to be. Many women of todays society seem to have lost the meaning of being elegant. An "Elegant Woman" is a very classy woman, with great morals, standards, and values. A woman that's smart, intelligent, ambitious, goal driven, and determined to be successful. A woman that has authority and power over her destiny and she knows what she wants out of life. She is humble, wise, knowledgeable, and she leads a life that is to be exemplified by others; but the sad thing is that the women of today. don't model after that type of character. Women, its time to get back in your place,....be a woman. Many women of today have lost every sense of their being. Many don't have that self worth, the morals and values as an elegant woman should. The women of today don't care how they dress, they don't care how they talk, act, and they don't care what they do. Many women smoke, drink, some get sloppy drunk, they do drugs, steal, kill, have children...but don't know how to raise them, many mothers of today are a bad example for their kids, many women are very uneducated, many aren't trying to further their education, many are running the streets, partying and clubbing all night long, many credit is ruined, they are head over hills in debt, many live very unstable lifestyles, have many different sex partners, running behind different men, many are trying to date married men, many are broken, torn, and lost, many have no idea what they want for themselves, many are in and out of jail, and etc...the list can go on and on. Many women are living a life that's totally opposite of elegant. Being an elegant woman is what you should strive to be. Listen women, know who you are and know what you are worth. Stop selling yourself short. You owe it to yourself to be the best woman you can be. Don't be tricked by guys who don't want nothing out of life, you call them "ZEROS." Guys who marry women and they Don't have a place for them to live, they end up staying with one of their parents. Don't allow a guy to put you in that predicament. If he can't provide for himself, be can't provide for you both. Remember that. Don't allow guys to use you for your looks or just for your body. You are worth more than that, and you stop allowing them to use you for that. Be strong and determined. Set your standards high and don't settle for anyone. Many of you have gotten into a mess because you settled for someone that wasn't what you wanted. You made a decision based on you being lonely. An because you got tired of being lonely, you forced yourself into a relationship that you didn't really want to get into, and many of you have lifetime regrets because of that one bad decision. Be wise and be knowledgeable, take your time, be patient, accomplish your dreams, graduate from high school and college, go be something, make something out of yourself, get stable, and get you a home and save your finances, then if someone come along, fine,..if not,...still fine,..because you are doing well. But if someone come along during that time, take your time to get to know them, if they are what you want, give it a shot, if not, move on. But if you give it a shot, no sex, no shacking...get to know them, get married and then a family. Don't rush. Many women have delayed and ruined their lives because they fail to be patient. When you rush, bad things are bound to happen. An elegant woman knows how to be patient, she knows the importance of being patient. She realizes blessings come with patience. I want to encourage all women to live to be an example like the Elegant Woman. Know you are beautiful and your worth is priceless. An the next time someone ask you what type of woman you are. Stand proud and smile, and tell them you are an "Elegant Woman."

"Blessed in Christ"

I would like to start by asking a question. Do you know how blessed you are?  I'm afraid many people don't realize how blessed they are. Many complain that they don't have enough of this, not enough of that, not appreciative of the things God has already blessed you with. Many people try to compare their lives to others by counting their possessions and wondering why some people have more than them. An some even have the audacity to question God or even get mad at God because they feel as though they should have more. Being blessed of God goes beyond just money and material possessions. God can bless you to have good health, , he can bless you to have a peace of mind, know his blessing isn't always monetary. Many have been wrapped in that belief so long until they miss their blessing because it didn't come how they thought and expected it to. Many miss the move of God becsuse the move wasnt the way they expected. Listen my friend, God is an awesome God, he moves in mysterious ways, ..."his path is unsearchable, and his ways are pass finding out." The only way to get to know God and how he works, is through seeking him in prayer. Many people don't have a relationship with God, therefore they don't understand his ways and how ha works. God is an amazing God. His blessing are continuous and we should always thank him for the many things that he has done. Even when we don't deserve it, God still blesses us. He gave you a house, car, clothes, shoes, good health, he gave you a job, the ability to have the activity of your limbs, you are able to see, talk., think, live, you are able to love others, and the list goes on. We are so blessed but don't realize it. Many complain, they need a new house, the one they have isn't big enough, need this need that, but many fall to understand that there are some people who would wish to have a portion of what you have. Know you are blesed and learn to be thankful for what you have instead of worrying about what you don't have. Learn how to be content.  If you don't appreciate what you have now, you won't appreciate the blessing that will come later. Learn to be thankful. God has an inheritance for his children. A blessing thats beyond imagining. A blessing thats so awesome, so great, don't miss it by being ungrateful for the many blessing that he has already done for you. God is good and know you are his child; and you are BLESSED AND HIGHLY FAVORED.

When Time meets Destiny...... Dreams become Reality.
It may seem as though your dream will never come true but hold fast and keep hope alive. Know at the right time and moment, the impossible can become possible. Keep working at it, keep applying yourself, don't quit, be patient, keep putting forth action and at the moment when you are last expected, your dream will be reality. Never give up on doing what you've always loved doing because there is nothing better and more fulfilling than when you can achieve what you've always hoped to achieve. Even when fear and doubt crosses your mind, keep pressing toward your goal. Don't allow any negativity to stop you, allow your determination to take you to the finish line. Be ambitious, be a winner, and the fruits of your labor will be success. You control your own Destiny. Keep God first in EVERYTHING, acknowledge him, and he will and shall direct your path. The sky is the limit for you. Work Hard, ....."hard work equal success." ..... Always remember this quote, say it to yourself every day, .."Today, I will do what others won't, so tomorrow, I can do what others can't."...... Go get your dream, make it happen, you're dream is tired of looming in your head, keeping you awake at night, its ready to become reality. Love is a powerful action word, and when it's shown, it speaks volume without saying a word. Love is the greatest gift ever known to man. Jesus is love and the same love he extends to us, we must have toward one another. Don't be afraid to love, love is the key that opens the door to kindness and locks the door to hate, love, seals the crack and bridge the gap of division, love, unifies a nation, satisfies the bond of relationship in families, love work wonders when it's genuinely shown. Love is amazing, its the only disease everyone needs to catch in hopes of never finding a cure, so it can last forever. Love every chance you get, embrace it and empower someone but showing love to them. Even now, tell someone you love them,....do it, every opportunity you get. You will be surprised the difference it will make in someone's life. The simple three words "I Love You," can become the most powerful words a person has ever heard. Tell someone. Try it, ... you will see, it will change a frown to a smile. Love is awesome. Show it to the world, ... catch it, try it, spread it, and watch the difference it makes. Hello ladies and gentlemen. How are you?  Hopefully you all are doing great, as for me, I'm doing fantastic. I want to take a moment to tell you all about an awesome awesome challenge that will greatly benefit you in a wonderful way. It will benefit you spiritually, physically, mentally, and in every aspect of your life. I guarantee you, if you are up for the challenge, you will see awesome results. Throughout the years I've notice many people are living very unhealthy lifestyles. More often than not, we eat foods we know we shouldn't eat, piling on tons of calories, sugar on top of sugar, excessive amounts of salt, and the list goes on. Then, when health issues arise, that's when you want to try to live a healthier lifestyle. Don't wait until the doctor says you are borderline diabetic before you eat healthier, don't wait until you are diagnosed with high blood pressure for you try to live a healthier life. Do it now. You owe it to yourself. The scripture says in (Third John V.2) "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth." John loved Gaius so much that he wanted to see him do well and not only that, but he want him to be healthy and prosper spiritually as well. And we should all have that same love toward one another. I would love to see all of you prosper, lead healthy lifestyles, and grow spiritually. Thats the ultimate goal for this challenge. We as Christians, should always want to look our best for God and we should always want to feel the best so you can execute with your full potential. God want us to prosper and be healthy. If you prosper spiritually, the rest will come. This challenge will help you become more effective in prayer, give you a better understanding when reading the word of God, it will help you live a healthier lifestyle physically, and in hopes of helping you become better financially as well. I hope to help you to learn not to waste finances on things of no value like many people often time do. This challenge is going to be awesome. Unfortunately it's not going to start until March 1. I know you all are ready now, but I will give you a few weeks to prepare, that way you are better suited for success. GET ready to move, be proactive, push the plate back, read your word, communicate with God, and get ready to be transformed into an awesome Man/Woman of God. This challenge can also be very family oriented. GET your family and friends involved. Tell your co-workers, tell your church members and etc. Let the world know, a challenge is coming that will transform your life for the better if you apply yourself. "God Is A Keeper"

Rise and Shine my friends, welcome to "Wonderful Wednesday," another beautiful and blessed day that the Lord has made. Let's rejoice, be happy, smile, and be glad in it. I want to encourage you today with an amazing scripture.

(Isaiah Ch.43 V.2)
"When thou passeth through the waters,  I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee; when thy walkest through the fire,  thy shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee."

My friends I want to encourage you this today, by letting you know that God is a keeper,  that's if you want to be kept. God is well able to shelter you from the storm, you just got to trust him at his word. Believe in him, I promise you, he won't let you down. Even in your most trying moments, moments of despair, heart broken, lonely, lost and confused, in your moments of hopelessness, when your world is turned up side down, you don't know which way to turn, when finances seem depleted, when you are at your lowest state, sick and afflicted, depressed, oppressed, weary, weak, vulnerable, sad, unrested, restricted, devastated, unappreciated, feel unwanted, disappointed, let down, feel as though life isn't worth living, suicidal thoughts, you feel like throwing in the towel, you feel like giving up and giving in, you have cried your last tear, you've fought as hard as you know how, your strength is gone, you feel as though you have no life left in you to try, no will to press on, you feel life isn't worth living, you've lost all self worth and value, when it seem as though everything you do is wrong, when you feel all odds are against you, and the list can go on and on. BUT I want to serve you notice, that through it all, through all the ups and the downs, through every trying moment,  God is able to carry you through. There is nothing too hard for God. Most of the time in our most trying moments, our break through is at arm's reach. The devil wants you to feel as though you will never break through your walls of trouble, your prison of pain, and your cage of disappointments. But guess what, the devil is a liar. I dare you to learn how to press, press through by prayer. Press through by reading and standing on God's word. Even though through the tough times, you may not feel the courage to pray or read, but that's when it's imperative that you do so because the devil will use that as bait to try to press you down. Don't allow the devil to defeat you, you have allowed him to defeat you long enough. Keep pushing, keep pressing, and praise your way through. Shout your way out, dance into victory in God. If you trust him, he will see you through. Remember,  " DON'T LET THE DEVIL DEFEAT YOU, LET GOD KEEP YOU."  Guess what my sister's and brothers,  God will do just that. He is a keeper and he will keep you in perfect peace, as long as your mind is stayed on him. Be encouraged today, walk in victory and know the battle is already won.

When I Look in the Mirror

When I wake up in the morning,
I look into the mirror,
I ask myself, what do I see?

I see eyes,
thats ready to focus upon greatness,
visualize opportunity, and ready to embrace
the opening of a new day.

I see a nose,
thats ready to smell the aroma of success,
the sweet scent of victory, and ready to inhale
the remarkable achievements that this day will bring.

I see a mouth,
thats ready to speak positive words to others,
impart wisdom into the atmosphere,
and that's ready to say powerful, influencing, aspirational,
and very profound quotes that will inspire the masses.

I see ears,
thats ready to listen to the voice of God,
bask in the sounds of nature, grasp the waves of understanding,
catch the loudness of knowledge, and that's ready to intake
the wisper of encouragement.

I see a head,
that has a brain inside, that's ready to build muscle from the strength of education,
open to invite the tenure of entrepreneurship, destin to discover the road of innovation,
master the expectation of intelligence,  and that's ready to promote availability,  flexibility,
and productivity to motivation, inspiration, and determination.

I see hair,
thats ready to flex its body of morals and values,
length of beauty, dignity, respect, and integrity,
thats ready to hold to its strength, roots, and foundation,
despite any direction the wind may blow,
and that's ready to give volume to those that look from a distance.

I see me,
thats ready to combine every part and aspect of my being,
into one dynamic, flourishing, confident, fearless, respectful, educated, goal driven,
achieving, faithful, prayerful, believing, honest, truthful, powerful, determined, energetic, happy, positive, and well groomed human being;
thats ready to take on the challenge that each day may bring,
